Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple products.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into actionable designs.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and internal teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
