- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually stunning assets
- Track KPIs and optimize strategies based on A/B testing results
- Coordinate with sales team to align campaigns with conversion goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing social media for B2B/B2C brands with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in social advertising with proven ROI (minimum 3:1 ROAS)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Google Analytics and SEO certification preferred
