Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create engaging content calendars with a mix of organic posts, stories, and video content
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and copywriters on messaging
- Coordinate with sales team to generate qualified leads through social channels
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience in B2B or tech industry
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (Hootsuite/Buffer) and analytics platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution and growth metrics
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to brand voice
- Experience managing paid social media budgets ($5K+ monthly)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
