- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Coordinate with design team for brand-aligned visual assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years managing social media for B2C or B2B brands
- Proven experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Expertise in analytics tools and data-driven decision making
