Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook

- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets with ROAS optimization and A/B testing
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native platform insights
- Coordinate with design and product teams for campaign alignment

- Present quarterly growth reports to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years managing social media for B2B/B2C brands (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling follower bases 200%+ in 12 months
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
