- Create compelling content calendars with 30+ pieces of original content monthly
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and video production
- Drive 25% YoY growth in social media engagement and follower count
- Report on KPIs to leadership team bi-weekly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience with B2B SaaS brands
- Proven track record scaling social communities to 100K+ followersExpertise in social analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, native platform insights)
- Experience managing $50K+ annual ad budgets across platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign case studies
- Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
