Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
- Create compelling content calendars with 100% original copy, visuals, and video assets
- Manage paid social campaigns with $50K+ monthly ad budgets
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and native platform tools
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging with business goals
- Lead community management initiatives with 95% response rate SLA
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platform features
- Present monthly growth reports to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years managing B2B/B2C social media with proven ROI
- Expertise in social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite
- Google Analytics and SEO certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 10K+ follower growth campaigns
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in Chandler office 3 days/week (flexible hybrid)
