Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook)
- Create compelling content calendars with 95% on-time delivery rate
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social & Google Analytics
- Lead crisis communications and community management
- Collaborate with design team for visual content creation
- Report monthly performance insights to stakeholders
- Maintain industry trend awareness for platform algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing B2B/B2C social media for brands 50K+ followers
- Proven experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Expertise in social analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content strategy success
- Google Analytics certification preferred
- Experience managing remote teams
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone
