Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, graphics) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and video production teams to ensure visual consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
