- Analyze performance metrics weekly using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design and product teams for campaign integration
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platform trends
- Report on ROI and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
- Proven track record of growing engagement by 50%+ across platforms
