- Manage community engagement and crisis communication protocols

- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
- Report on KPIs and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
