Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy that align with brand voice
- Monitor analytics weekly to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion)
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align social initiatives with business goals
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
- Manage paid social ad budgets (Meta, LinkedIn Ads) with monthly A/B testing
Qualifications

- 3+ years proven social media management experience with measurable results
