Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets the Plano and broader US market.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (including graphics, videos, and copy) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce monthly reports to optimize content performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search visibility through social signals and content integration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong command of English grammar and a portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and how social media impacts search rankings.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
