Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create engaging content calendars with 15+ high-quality posts/month including graphics, videos, and stories
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to refine targeting and messaging
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments/messages within 2 hours during business hours
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce on-brand visual assets
- Track KPIs: engagement rate (+15% YoY), follower growth (10k/month), and conversion rate (3%+)
- Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to CMO and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (3+ years experience accepted)
- Proven portfolio managing B2B/B2C social media accounts with 50k+ followers
- Expertise in scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (Sprout Social/Google Analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences
- Experience with crisis management and community moderation protocols
- Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results and creative content examples
