Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copywriting
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2 hours
- Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads through social channels
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends
- Manage paid social campaigns with monthly budgets of $5K+
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
