Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create compelling visual and written content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2-hour SLA
- Collaborate with design team on graphics, videos, and interactive content
- Coordinate with PR team to amplify brand messaging during product launches
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years managing social media for B2B or consumer brands
- Proven experience with social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with $50K+ monthly budgets
- Expertise in analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, native platform insights)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for campaign launches
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
