- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design and product teams for integrated campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with B2B/B2C brands
- Proven expertise in creating viral content and managing paid social campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and KPI measurement
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
