Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth
- Collaborate with design, PR, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
- Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience in B2B or B2C settings
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
