Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Community Management: Actively monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to report on performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid social advertising campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
