- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X).
- Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and provide detailed monthly reports.
- Engage with the community and manage customer inquiries promptly to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and community management principles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
