- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create compelling visual/video content using provided equipment (Canon EOS R5, Ring Light, Adobe Suite)
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement and brand reputation across all channels
- Collaborate with creative team on cross-channel promotions and influencer partnerships
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media and digital advertising
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in social media management with measurable results
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva)
- Expert understanding of platform algorithms and paid advertising
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution
