Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients
- Create engaging content calendars with weekly posts, stories, and video assets
- Analyze performance data using Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries within 2 hours
- Coordinate with design team for visual asset creation
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media management with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication with attention to detail
- Experience managing flexible schedules and remote collaboration
- Local Tampa market knowledge preferred
