Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create compelling visual and written content (videos, graphics, blogs) aligned with brand voice
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate monthly performance reports
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
- Manage paid social ad budgets and optimize ROI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience
- Expertise in scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours (20-30 hrs/week)
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
