Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create compelling content calendars with 15+ posts/week including graphics, videos, and copy
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize ROI
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and video production
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platform trends
- Prepare monthly performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years social media management experience with proven campaign results
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in social listening tools
- Portfolio showcasing viral campaigns or significant follower growth
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
