Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Create engaging content calendars with 3+ months of planned campaigns
- Manage paid social advertising budgets with $5K+ monthly spend optimization
- Analyze performance metrics using native analytics and tools like Sprout Social
- Lead cross-functional campaigns with design, PR, and sales teams
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platform trends
- Manage community engagement and crisis communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven social media management experience with portfolio
- Expertise in paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
