Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, copy) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
