Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Community Management: Foster a positive and active community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and prepare monthly reports to measure success and optimize future strategies.
- Platform Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader business goals.
- Ad Campaign Management: Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to ensure high ROI and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for tone and style.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate asynchronously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Local Connection: Preference given to candidates based in or near St. Petersburg, FL.
