- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-visual-content assets
- Track competitor strategies and industry trends to maintain competitive edge
- Manage paid social advertising budgets (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and KPI reporting
- Experience managing paid social campaigns with $10k+ monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics preferred
