Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy that drives engagement
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement including responding to comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team to produce brand-aligned visual assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience in B2C or B2B settings
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results (include links)
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into strategy
- Excellent written communication with brand voice adaptability
- Google Analytics and social media advertising certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
