- Manage and curate high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader promotional initiatives.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate monthly reports to optimize future content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
