Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to drive product innovation.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading AI strategy in enterprise environments and driving digital transformation.
