Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Dynamics' AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and neural interfaces to future-proof our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products to market.
