Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning business goals with technological advancements.
- Lead the end-to-end Strategic Roadmap process, prioritizing initiatives that drive maximum ROI and market impact.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and market shifts to forecast future industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the 2026 roadmap.
- Represent the company at high-level industry forums and investor meetings to articulate the 2026 vision.
- Mentor senior leadership on strategic planning and future-state modeling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years in Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, or Executive Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and adapting business models for future growth.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Tech Strategy) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
