Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 global innovation strategy using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing technologies (quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Present disruptive roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with our ethics council
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author white papers on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-defining innovation initiatives
