Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven insights on AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
