- Design resilience strategies for systemic disruptions (supply chains, workforce evolution)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies with 3-5 year runway
- Cultivate an internal futurist network across 12 global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite advisory role
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish)
- Experience building innovation pipelines with $50M+ budgets
