Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized R&D initiatives and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
