Key Objectives:
Our goal is to ensure Apex Future Systems remains at the cutting edge by 2026. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate potential risks associated with rapid technological change.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap initiative, defining clear milestones and deliverables for the next 2-3 years.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing, Biotech) to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align long-term vision with short-term tactical goals.
- Identify and assess competitive threats and opportunities in the global market landscape.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for investment in new technologies to the board of directors.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the adoption and impact of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically relating to AI and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
