Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to establish a comprehensive strategic vision for 2026, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Biotech) to recommend integrations that will keep us ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships that align with our 2026 goals.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee internal R&D initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to the board of directors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technical management within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI and cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
