Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning corporate vision with measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level strategy into departmental goals and operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot new business models and assess their viability for large-scale deployment.
- Monitor KPIs and key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot strategies as necessary.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps for technology or service-oriented companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
