Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to ensure technology investments drive revenue and innovation.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
- Manage critical vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of future-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
