Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic initiatives to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in from engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs for experimental technologies that will become standard in 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize R&D investment by prioritizing projects with the highest potential ROI for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and successfully executing complex strategic initiatives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Computing, Quantum Readiness) expected by 2026.
