Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026-2030 corporate sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead scenario planning for climate adaptation and circular economy integration across all business units
- Champion ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) framework development and transparent reporting
- Forge strategic partnerships with sustainability tech startups, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Design and execute carbon neutrality roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Drive innovation in sustainable product lifecycle management and supply chain optimization
- Educate and empower employees through sustainability leadership programs
- Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and translate compliance into competitive advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year sustainability roadmaps
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting standards
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability metrics dashboards
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation
- Experience influencing C-suite executives on sustainability ROI and risk mitigation
- Deep understanding of climate science and circular economy principles
