- Design ESG reporting frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Secure $50M+ in green financing through innovative instruments
- Drive circular economy implementation across 5+ product lines
- Lead stakeholder engagement with C-suite, investors, and regulators
- Manage $2M sustainability innovation budget with ROI focus
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or MBA with ESG specialization
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 2026 climate target experience
- Proven track record in securing green financing and carbon credits
- Expertise in TCFD, SASB, and ISSB frameworks
- Advanced data analytics skills for sustainability KPI modeling
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent
- Experience managing cross-functional ESG transformation teams
- Deep knowledge of California's climate legislation (SB 253/261)
