Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and workarounds in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve software literacy and reduce support tickets.
- Monitor system alerts and respond proactively to potential service disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or on-site support.
