Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Planning: Define and execute the roadmap for critical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with 2026 World Cup timelines and stakeholder goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage relationships with diverse teams including software engineering, network operations, security, and venue operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and technical risks early in the lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure zero downtime during the events.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party service providers and contractors, ensuring they meet strict quality and compliance standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track program health, providing transparent reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Project Manager, preferably in large-scale events, construction, or government infrastructure.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network architecture, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mastery: Proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint deliveries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
