Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) within the US.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for our careers page and job boards to improve organic traffic and applicant quality.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms for technical job postings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through networking and social media outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or a dual role combining Recruiting and SEO.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment during the Night Shift (Eastern Time).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
