Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to clients in the Fort Worth area and beyond.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to senior personnel while keeping the customer informed.
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify potential technical issues before they impact users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and configure basic hardware peripherals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Friday - Sunday).
