Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings verbatim with 99%+ accuracy across multiple industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client materials
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal/medical styles)
- Utilize specialized transcription software and audio enhancement tools
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Perform quality reviews and self-editing for grammar/punctuation
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve technical or content ambiguities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, or equivalent
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style formatting guidelines
