Responsibilities
- Transcribe diverse audio content (medical, legal, general) with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software for efficient document processing
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, clarity, and formatting consistency
- Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with QA team to resolve complex transcription challenges
- Maintain organized digital files and document version control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
